KAVUT gladly accepts returns (less shipping and duties, if applicable) within 10 days of the order's delivery date.
Please contact us within 10 days of the order's delivery date to request a return authorization at firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon approval, a return authorization email will be sent with the full return procedure. Please note, all items must be shipped back to KAVUT within 10 days of requesting a return authorization.
Please note all sale merchandise, special orders, gift cards and earrings (for hygienic reasons) are final sale.
All returned merchandise must be in its original condition (unworn, undamaged or unaltered) and in its original packaging with original security tags attached on products. We cannot accept any returns or exchange merchandise with missing, removed or altered original tags (including security tags).
To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send merchandise back to the manufacturer.

Once the return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify that we have received the returned item(s). The customer will also be notified if the returned items have been approved or rejected. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 business days. If the return was sent past the 10 day return window, no refund will be made and the customer will forfeit the item(s) to KAVUT.
All returned merchandise should be declared as a "Return of Canadian Merchandise" on the customs declaration; without this the return may not be successful or may incur additional fees.

Only regular priced items may be returned, sale items cannot be returned.

Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. When a refund is received, any incurred costs (duty, taxes, C.O.D) of the return shipment will be deducted from your refund.
When shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
WRONG ADDRESS, NON RECEIVED OR REFUSED ITEMS:
If the shipment fails to be delivered for any reason such as wrong address or customer refuses the ordered shipment from KAVUT, the customer is fully responsible for the original shipping charges and any taxes, duties, and/or custom charges that are incurred on the package on both original and return shipment.
You will receive the balance in store credit (excluding final sale itmes), less all above mentioned charges.
